Curriculum Lift Off!!!!

If you want to start a new topic with a bang, why not ask me to come and tailor a story/performance specifically to your topic?

I can write a special story especially for your class/school (please give me good notice for this); this could then be the starting point/structure for children’s own writing. At least three of my own stories originated from this sort of request. I also was asked to do a Story Telling Performance in Bristol based on money and exchange: I did this based on research on Bristol's history around "The Nails"

I have been Charles Dickens for the Victorians (Y5/6). I was a Super Hero with a difference (“Farm Man”) for a Year 1/ 2 topic and later a whole school. This included a special story and poem!  On another occasion I was five different people (dressing up in five different costumes) sampling holidays for a Year1/2 topic on Holidays. My version of Boudicca has been performed in several schools and Caerleon Amphitheatre to a wide range of ages.   

I can find a story on almost any subject and will research it fully before a performance. One or two requests have initially stretched my repertoire but I have always found one!
